This is a cross between a reverse curl and a front This is a cross between a reverse curl and a front shoulder raise - I sometimes do it as a long isometric - 30 to 90 seconds - but I prefer to hold the log in position and walk 100 150 steps with it - which makes it a very effective weighted carry.
